Key holding & Monitoring Services
From €100 per year
Our key holding and monitoring services are fast becoming our most popular products. We will hold a copy of your key and we can allow guests or tradesmen access to the property if and when needed. We can also act as a meet and greet service for your guests showing them around the property and informing them of any relevant information on their arrival.
For an additional fee of €50 per month we can provide fortnightly security checks of the property ensuring all windows and doors are secure and also check on the pool and garden, and as part of this service we will send you dated photographs of the property every time we visit giving you peace of mind, safe in the knowledge that your property is secure and in safe hands.
